The visual scenarios use a combination of both professional role play actors and real hotel people, as well as interviews and instruction from industry experts in a variety of specialised fields, all supported by interactive digital or paper based information.
These modular style programmes, will be produced to be used as both a stand alone section in its entirety, or combined with an established training schedule within the hotel group.
All the modules will be available either on broadcast quality DVD, or downloaded simply to any computer, or digital format device required, all of which complete with pdf files or supported attachments.
